About Nylon and Nylex cluster in Yazd province

The nylon and nylax clusters in Yazd Province consist of a collection of trade and industrial units based on collective synergy within the value chain of producers and service providers in the nylon and nylax industries. Established in 2023 with the support of the Yazd Industrial Parks Company and under the leadership of Dr. Amir Basouli, the clusters aim to connect stakeholders in this industry for the exchange of experiences, market development, and facilitating operations through networking. They also seek to address common challenges through constructive and ongoing interactions with governing bodies to adjust the prices of goods and services in the nylon and nylax industry in accordance with the actual inflation rate.

Based on the analysis of strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats in this industry, the following strategies have been set for the province's nylon and nylon industry cluster in order to achieve the goals:

S3: Human capital empowerment

S4: Development of new financing methods

Among the actions undertaken in the nylon and plastic cluster project in Yazd Province from the beginning until now are as follows:

Capacity building (logo, flag, letterhead, business card)

  • Holding meetings with active companies in the advertising sector
  • Conducting informational activities using various infrastructures (such as Instagram, Eitaa, and WhatsApp)
  • Organizing meetings with universities and the Technical and Vocational Training Center
  • Holding meetings with the Yazd Standard Organization
  • Obtaining a pavilion at the specialized exhibition of rubber and plastic, paint, adhesive, and resin 1402 (Yazd Plast)
  • Obtaining a pavilion at the export capabilities exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran 1403 (Iran Expo, 2024)
  • Obtaining a pavilion at the 18th International Iran Plast Exhibition 1403 (Iran Plast 2024)
  • Organizing industrial tours and visits to domestic and foreign exhibitions
  • Compiling a database of target industries in the cluster
