This eco resort is located in Rozjard village, Qazvin city, which is 21 km away from Qazvin city. It is built on a land of 1000 square meters and a basement of 60 square meters on 3 floors. of 15 tourists. The residence has 1 room (18 square meters) on the ground floor, 2 rooms (15 and 18 square meters) on the first floor, 2 rooms (15 and 18 square meters) on the second floor and 1 sleeping spring above. A 40-meter hall has been built next to the residence, which is intended for reception, and another sleeping spring is located above the reception hall. The residence has a common kitchen (6 square meters) which is between the reception hall and the residence building.

The rooms are floor-to-ceiling, and each room has its own toilet and bathroom. 1 Iranian toilet and shared bathroom are also provided in the courtyard of the residence. One of the distinctive features of this residence is the view facing the river and a large and green yard with beautiful flower arrangements and paving, which is doubled by the presence of a pond. The distance from the residence is 100 meters from the supermarket and 200 meters from the bakery. Rosejard is a beautiful mountainous village in Qazvin province, which many tourists travel to this area every year due to its historical attractions and famous waterfall. Among the historical and natural attractions around this residence, we can mention Vercher Waterfall (6 km), Avan Lake (60 km), Imamzadeh Abazar (18 km), Alamut Castle (83 km) and Salamat Road (500 meters).
