Introduction of the organization
In 1362, after making changes in the country's industrial system, the Organization of Small Industries and Industrial Areas of Iran was merged with all its functions into the Ministry of Industries, in order to create coordination and optimal use of the facilities of industrial towns and to create as many infrastructure facilities and provide services as possible. Necessary for applicants to establish industrial units, the "Iran Industrial Estates Company" law was approved. For nearly two decades, the Industrial Towns Company has created more than 400 industrial towns, and at the beginning of the third plan, after the merger of the previous Ministries of Industries and Mines, the Small Industries Organization was formed, but in 1984, its executive duties were transferred to the Industrial Towns Company. Iran has been entrusted and practically the "Organization of Small Industries and Industrial Towns of Iran" started its activities in September 2014 and finally based on the Resolution No. 877/469 dated 17/1/1390 of the Islamic Council, the Organization of Small Industries and Industrial Towns of Iran as A development organization has been designated.
