This document includes four chapters: conceptual review, environmental analysis, decision-making, and operational plan in 227 pages. In this document, the perspective of the engineering system: the most agile and intelligent organization in the field of mining engineering was considered in the framework of sustainable development. In this regard, the four final strategies of the organization in the next six years are: protecting minerals and increasing productivity, making it smarter, improving the position of the organization and playing a role in the development of the mineral economy of the country by encouraging the private sector to invest in the mining sector, and also to provide everything Better strategies, reforms were made in the structure of the organizational chart and the way of activities.

A) Maintaining and increasing the productivity of mineral resources, which are non-renewable national capital. b) Coordinating matters related to technical and engineering occupations and professions in mining activities. c) Providing factors for the growth and promotion of mining engineering in the country. t) Improving the quality of engineering services and monitoring the good implementation of services. c) Improving the technical knowledge of professionals in the mining sector. c) Establishing regulations to ensure compliance with the principles of safety, health, proper utilization, preservation of the environment, economic efficiency and monitoring its implementation.. h) Providing a field for cooperation between the Ministry of Industries and Mines and engineering, professional and industrial organizations in the mining sector. k) Creating fields for the participation of mining engineering professionals in the preparation and implementation of the development and construction plans of the country. d) Creating and consolidating professional relationships at the national and international level and introducing representatives to participate in scientific and technical meetings.

The Mining Engineering System Organization is established based on Article 27 of the Mining Law. The Mining Engineering System Organization is established in order to ensure the participation of engineers as much as possible in the regulation of their professional affairs and to fulfill the goals of this law at the national level. The executive regulations of the mining engineering system law, consisting of 11 articles, have been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on June 29, 2011.

The arrival of Khordad 1st, Mining Day and the beginning of Mining Week is a reminder of the hard work and efforts of those involved in the field of mining and mineral industries in different parts of the country. I consider it necessary to take advantage of this opportunity and to introduce the key role of this field in the macro economy and the driving engine of the industry in the country and to introduce the improvement of the country's mining sector as a solution to many existing economic problems. Considering the naming of the year 1401 by the Supreme Leader as the year of "production, knowledge-based and employment generation", we can apply all his orders in the field of mining and mineral industries and hope for a better tomorrow.
