Existing laws to Algeria

The Algerian Ministry of Commerce issued a note to all importers in March 2011 reminding them that they must provide a certificate of conformity through a Certificate of Conformity or Certificate of Quality for all exports to Algeria. This is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the regulations that affect them. The required certificate of conformity can also be called a "quality control certificate". The original copy of the Certificate of Conformity is required for each shipment and must be issued in the exporting country. This is a mandatory document for customs clearance in Algeria
