Customs rules and regulations of Pakistan:
FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) is responsible for levying, collecting and enforcing payment of customs duties in Pakistan. Its powers are exercised according to the customs law through its customs branch. The FBR and its officers have various powers under the Customs Act including the following:

Confiscation of goods
Conduct searches based on reasonable grounds
Arrest and search of people
Summoning people to produce documents and produce documents or items
Customs restrictions in Pakistan:
Things that may contradict the orders of Islam
Paints based on or containing benzidine
Hazardous waste, as defined and classified in the Basel Convention
Alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages, including brewing and distilling their wastes and wine juice and argol
Lots of shoddy work from bankrupt and unreliable factories and lots of stock items with zero percent duty.
Fireworks, animal fur and skin, polyethylene and polypropylene plastic waste, threaded tires, used pneumatic tires
Import from India has some restrictions and only those items can be imported which are specified under trade order and import procedure.

Wheat can currently be imported by the private and public sector. The government of Pakistan has recently imposed a 20% tax on wheat imports to prevent wheat imports and support domestic production.

Technical standards and regulations for export to Pakistan:
In general, labeling in English and Urdu is mandatory on all consumer products and must be approved by the relevant ministry or department. At a minimum, labels should include the following:
Brand List of Ingredients
Manufacturer information (address)
Importer's name and address
Date of manufacture
Expiration date
A batch number
Its contents are specified in grams and milliliters
