Controlled substances
The export of controlled substances to Brazil is subject to specific procedures to be followed by importers and exporters, in accordance with the international drug control regime and applicable international conventions. These requirements may include pre-shipment permits in the country of origin.
Exceptions
The transfer of any goods that are not subject to the EAR (Export Organization Regulations) or goods produced in some unapproved organizations and companies of the People's Republic of China is prohibited and is subject to fines or penalties.
