According to the import customs laws of Azerbaijan, the import of some goods includes 20% tax in addition to customs duties. But some imported goods are exempt from paying taxes, which include; Clothing, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, detergents, food exports, spare parts, crude oil, pharmaceuticals, some imported goods agreed between the two countries, some goods for joint investment between the two countries, humanitarian aid, etc.

According to customs rules for export goods, some goods are subject to customs duties of up to 70%. Some of them include things such as; Steel pipes, raw cotton, petroleum products, aluminum, sulphanel, bronze products, soap, polyethylene pipes, etc. Are.

Also, according to the laws of this country, the goods that are produced by foreign investors in Azerbaijan or the ingredients of foreign goods are not required to pay customs duties for export to Azerbaijan. Some goods are also exempted from payment of customs duties upon temporary entry into Azerbaijan. These goods mainly include items that have been temporarily imported for processing, and after some time, their official license will be issued.
